Roberto Salazar, ESQ.

Roberto Salazar is an Associate Attorney at Francisco Fernandez Law Group PLLC. He has been practicing Immigration and Criminal Defense since he was licensed in 2015. While in law school, Mr. Salazar participated in the Asylum Clinic, in which he learned the complexities of practicing Immigration law. After law school, he took a position at a local Criminal Defense firm that specialized in DWI Defense. Mr. Salazar developed his advocacy skills representing clients all over the state of Texas charged with Criminal offenses. After some time, Mr. Salazar decided to transition to a firm that handled both Criminal and Immigration cases. He learned firsthand how important it is to have an advocate on your side who understands Immigration consequences when charged with a crime. Mr. Salazar’s practice focuses on representing the firm’s clients in State or Federal Criminal proceedings and Immigration Court.

Mr. Salazar received his bachelor’s degree from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, and his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law Houston. He is licensed in Texas and the Southern District of Texas and handles United States Immigration Cases nationwide.

Luisa Fernanda Gonzalez, ESQ.

Luisa Fernanda Gonzalez was born and raised in Colombia before moving to Houston, Texas, in 2009. She pursued her passion for law and justice at Sam Houston State University, where she earned a degree in Criminal Justice.

In 2018, Ms. Gonzalez joined the Francisco | Fernandez Law Firm, gaining invaluable experience working closely with clients and attorneys in a variety of legal matters. Her dedication to advocacy and justice led her to further her education at the Charleston School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in May 2023.

As an immigrant herself, Ms. Gonzalez deeply understands the challenges faced by those seeking a better life in the United States. Her personal experience fuels her commitment to helping individuals navigate the complexities of the legal system, ensuring they receive the guidance and representation they deserve.

Anusha De Silva Bradley, ESQ.

Ms. Bradley received her bachelor’s degree from Trinity University in 2017. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 2024 and became licensed to practice in Texas that same year.

As a law student, she participated in the UHLC Immigration Clinic for 1.5 years. During her time at the Immigration Clinic, she was able to work on removal defense cases that involved asylum, protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT), U Visa, T Visa, and Humanitarian Parole.

She brings this immigration law background into her practice as an associate attorney at Francisco Fernandez Law Group, PLLC.

Attorney Aaron Prabhu earned his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, graduating Cum Laude. He has over 7 years of experience in immigration law, specializing in research and writing. He is admitted to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Southern District of Texas.

Valeria was born in Puebla, Mexico, and immigrated to the United States at the age of five. As an immigrant herself, she deeply understands the challenges of navigating the path to legal status. Valeria joined the Francisco Fernandez team in 2022. As the supervisor of all court removal proceedings, she plays a vital role in overseeing each case from start to finish. She collaborates closely with attorneys to build strong defenses for asylum and appeal cases, ensuring clients fully understand each step of the legal process.
